Genuine Dominican Amber Fossil
Super Nice couple of Diptera Micropezidae (Stilt-Legged Fly)
Micropezidae are slender, long bodied flies with very long legs. The fore legs are much shorter than the other two pairs. Antennae are short, the wings are narrow, often with brownish patterns.
This incredible piece of amber contains a male (on the left) chasing a female to mate.
