Created by Pantone and distributed by the Gem Institute of America (GIA), Gemset was for decades a reference in the Colored Gems Industry. Used in combination with Normalised Color Wheel, Tone and Saturation Scale this was the perfect instrument combination before the apparition of Computarized System like Gemewizard which is able nowadays to identify "on a click" 1116 Colors Classifying 31 Hue's on 6 Tones and 6 Levels of Saturations.
